PSEB extends substantial financial subsidies to facilitate participation of eligible PSEB member IT companies as exhibitors at selected international trade fairs. The objective is to provide eligible Pakistani IT companies a viable platform to develop business leads through real time interaction and to market their respective products/services.
PSEB is currently in the process of shortlisting exhibitions for the next financial year and in this context hereby solicits your input with regards to the exhibitions in which participation would be useful to your entity. You are requested to kindly select exhibitions in which your entity would like to exhibit and accordingly provide your input here by November 15, 2021.

PSEB invites member companies to participate in Digital Tech Summit, which will take place in Copenhagen, Denmark, from November 30 - December 1, 2021.
Digital Tech Summit is part conference, part exhibition and part networking activities where CEOs of technology companies, researchers, students, fast-growing startups, policymakers meet to rethink our goals in a new world? And how can digital technologies like artificial intelligence, robots, cyber security, Internet of things, 5G take us further, create new jobs and solve some of the major societal challenges we face, such as climate change, healthcare & disease prevention.
Digital Tech Summit brings together over 5,000 decision makers, engineers, companies, academia, startups, investors, and students, redefining tech leadership the digital sustainable tech transformation in industry and society. PSEB member companies can exhibit in Digital Tech Summit 2021 with two options:
Option A: 6SQM pod within 36 SQM Pakistan Pavilion for startup & small IT companies. The cost for a 6SQM pod is Rs. 180,000.
Option B: Exhibit in 9SQM shell scheme & PSEB will subsidize Rs 400,000 per company for participation with any 9 SQM Shell Scheme stall. The company would pay the remaining cost. The subsidy will be reimbursed after participation in the event and submission of the tour report.

The Honorable President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi, inaugurated the National Idea Bank (NIB) on February 4, 2021. The National Ideas Bank program aims to solicit, foster, and recognize innovative ideas that can address the indigenous challenges of Pakistan.

About National Idea Bank
National Idea Bank (NIB) is a collaboration between academia, industry, and government to solicit, foster and recognize innovative ideas that can address the indigenous challenges of Pakistan. The NIB concept was presented by the Honorable President of Pakistan, Dr. Arif Alvi. In the past, PSEB has arranged B2B Sessions on Cloud Services, AI & Big Data and Information Security between the Pakistani and Australian IT enterprises; 40 companies from the Australian side have participated in these sessions.

China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF 2021) online exhibition is scheduled between November 17-21, 2021.
China Hi-Tech Fair is among the most influential technology exhibition in China. According to the organizers, "CHTF is co-hosted in Shenzhen by Ministries and Commissions of the national government and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government and is renowned as "the No.1 Technology Show in China" with 142,000+ Sqm of space, 3300+ exhibitors, delegations from 109 countries, and nearly 2,000,000+ online visitors and 451,000+ onsite visitors. At CHTF 2020, exhibitors displayed thousands of hi-tech products, which covered industries of Energy Saving & Environmental Protection, Smart Wearable Devices, Internet+, Unmanned System, Robot, Big Data, New Energy, New Material, IOT, Smart Home, Optoelectronics Display, Aerospace, Smart City and Modern Agriculture at different forums, conferences, seminars, workshops and product launches". Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) invites PSEB member companies interested in exhibiting at ITCN Asia 2021 (November 2-4) at Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi. Selected Companies would pay only Rs. 49,100 for the following after availing of PSEB subsidy.
A bare space option is also available for IT companies interested in building a customized booth for the same cost of Rs 49,100. Kindly mention in the application form if you want to avail yourself the option of procuring bare space for building a customized booth.
PSEB will extend subsidy on one 9 sqm booth or 9 sqm bare space. If a shell scheme booth larger than 9 sqm or bare space larger than 9 sqm is desired, the company would have to pay the balance above 9 sqm to the event organizers directly.
Interested member companies willing to exhibit in ITCN 2021 are requested to submit their interest here along with a demand draft of Rs. 49,100 in favor of the Pakistan Software Export Board (refundable in case of non-selection) by September 30, 2021.
