Registration of New Company
New Company Registration
  • Signup and create login (Temporary login credentials will be provided automatically).
  • Fill the online registration form, upload applicable documents and submit for initial approval (submission with missing mandatory information may be declined).
  • After getting initial PSEB approval, deposit requisite fee, upload registration charges, payment receipt and submit for final approval.
  • Registration process usually takes about 2-5 working days to process and issue the certificate.

Required Documents

Scanned copies of:

  1. Business NTN
  2. CNIC of all Directors / Shareholders / Partners / Proprietor (Both sides)
  3. Passports of Directors / Shareholders / Partners (for foreign nationals only)
  4. Memorandum and Articles of Association (for SECP registered companies only)
  5. Form 29 (for SECP registered companies only)
  6. Incorporation certificate (for SECP registered companies only)
  7. Partnership deed (for Partnership based firms)
  8. Firm registration certificate (for registered firms)
  9. Business Bank Statement of the preceding six months
    OR
    Business Bank Account Letter/Certificate (In case of new account)  
    OR
     

Fee Structure

New Company Registration Charges

Registration fee for IT Startup (established within past 12 months)

Registration fee for IT/ITeS companies (established since more than 12 months)

Rs. 10,000/-

PSEB registration and renewal charges can only be paid through the Payment Gateway integrated with the PSEB Portal OR via Pay Order (PO)/Demand Draft (DD) made payable to Pakistan Software Export Board (G) Ltd.
No other payment methods will be accepted for application processing.





Payment Return Method

If the Applicant does not want to continue PSEB registration, the applicant has to provide return request with proper justification before allotment of PSEB registration number. Payment will be returned through cross cheque after the necessary approval of CEO, PSEB will not return any amount if it is approved and processed prior to receiving the return request.

  • Registration process usually takes about 2-5 working days to process and issue the certificate.

Required Documents

Scanned copies of:

  1. Summary of Export Revenue with proper IT/ITeS code defined by SBP (for export oriented organization).
  2. To validate exports and domestic earnings of IT industry, attach copy of financial statement from audited accounts report or income tax returns for preceding year.

Fee Structure

Renewal charges are determined by the annual revenue earned by your company during last financial year. Please select from the list below:

  • Rs. 10,000/- Companies with annual revenue upto Rs. 50 million.
  • Rs. 15,000/- Companies with annual revenue of Rs. 50 - 100 million.
  • Rs. 20,000/- Companies with annual revenue of Rs. 100 - 300 million.
  • Rs. 25,000/- Companies with annual revenue of Rs. 300 - 600 million.
  • Rs. 30,000/- Companies with annual revenue above Rs. 600 million.
  • Members with expired registration will be charged a surcharge of Rs. 5,000/-
