Registration of New Call Center
New Call Center Registration
  • Signup and create login (login credentials will be provided by auto email).
  • Fill the online registration form, upload required documents (CNIC of all Directors / Shareholders / Partners / Proprietor) and submit for initial approval (submission with missing mandatory information may be declined).
  • After getting initial PSEB approval, deposit requisite fee, upload payment receipt and submit for final approval.
  • Once the registration payment is verified it usually takes about 2-5 working days to process and issue the provisional letter (valid for 90 days).
  • The registration will be confirmed after physical verification and site inspection of call center premises by PSEB. To complete the verification process, the applicant will be required to submit a request for physical verification of their premises and upload all applicable documents as mention below:

Required Documents

Scanned copies of:

  1. Business NTN.
  2. CNIC of all Directors / Shareholders / Partners / Proprietor (Both Sides)
  3. Passports of Directors / Shareholders / Partners (for foreign nationals only).
  4. Memorandum and Articles of Association (for SECP registered companies only).
  5. Form 29 (for SECP registered companies only).
  6. Incorporation certificate (for SECP registered companies only).
  7. Partnership deed (for Partnership based firms).
  8. Firm registration certificate (for registered firms)
  9. Business Bank Statement of the preceding six months.

    Business Bank Account Letter/Certificate (In case of new account).
    OR

Fee Structure

New Call Center Registration Charges

Registration fee for Call Centers (principle/main office)

Rs. 20,000/- (per year)

Registration fee for each branch of call center (If any)

Rs. 10,000/- (per year)

PSEB registration and renewal charges will be received through Payment Gateway only , which has already been integrated with PSEB Portal.
No other payment methods will be accepted for application processing





Payment Return Method

If the Applicant does not want to continue PSEB registration, the applicant has to provide return request with proper justification before allotment of PSEB registration number. Payment will be returned through cross cheque after the necessary approval of CEO, PSEB will not return any amount if it is approved and processed prior to receiving the return request.

  1. Summary of Export Revenue with proper IT/ITeS code defined by SBP.
  2. To track exports and domestic earnings of IT industry, attach copy of financial statement from audited accounts report or income tax returns for preceding year.

Fee Structure

  • Registration renewal fee for principal/main office Rs. 20,000/-
  • Registration/Renewal for each branch (if any) Rs. 10,000/-
  • Call Center with expired registration will be charged a surcharge of Rs. 10,000/-
